The requirement is not met as evidenced by LPAs observed the outdoor play area to contain (2) holes dug which were observed to be about a foot deep. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
CCR 101238.2(g) Outdoor Activity Space (g) The playground shall be enclosed by a fence to protect children and to keep them in the outdoor activity area. The fence shall be at least four feet high. The requirement is not met as evidenced by LPAs observed a fence gate propped against a small side area to prevent access to an off-limit side area however the fence was not secured to prevent access to the off-limit side area. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
