During LPA's arrival, LPA observed that Staff #2 (S2) was supervising eleven children by herself. Within 7 minutes of LPA's arrival, Licensee arrived at home. This poses an immediate health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Large family home licensing requirements — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. During the indoor inspection, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that licensee did not have a carbon monoxide detector in the home.
Family home — home free of safety hazards — During the indoor inspection, LPA observed multiple bottles of medication inside a kitchen drawer and a cleaning compound (Lysol) on the kitchen floor. LPA observed that daycare children can easily have access the medication and cleaning compound. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee was not able to provide written proof indicated that Licensee physically checking on Child #3 (infant) every 15 minutes. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
