On 04/25/2025, Director Roxan submitted copies of transcripts and work experience documentation of the 16 staff present on 04/11/2025 and it was determined that 3 staff met requirements as qualified teachers along with 3 as qualified aides. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
