Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as during the inspection, LPA observed a sleeping child remain in S2's arms for an extended period of time after the infant fell asleep which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as the Licensee was missing proof of a current non-expired Mandated Reporter Child Care Providers (AB1207) training certificate which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as during record review LPA observed that S1 did not have proof of MMR or Pertussis immunizations on file which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed that the Licensee's CPR/1st Aid expired 08/2023 and that the Licensee did not have a current up to date CPR/1st Aid card which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Immunizations — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA observed that C1, C2, C5, C7, C8 were missing proof of immunizations which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
