Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above dueto LPM and LPA observing 2 Clorox disinfecting spray bottles under the low and unlocked under the sink that is accessible to children in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Teacher-Child Ratio — Based on observation and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above due to LPM and LPA observing Staff #1 singularly caring for 11 preschool children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
