Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on observations, interviews, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. The Fireside Room heater is not currently functioning, and the room is being utilized on a daily basis for activities, scheduled at staggered times for each classroom which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Food Service — During the inspection, LPA observed expired food (milk and yogurt) in the kitchen, which poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
