The licensee and assistant has a current NationalCPRFoundation CPR/First Aid certification which expires 7/23/2028. Licensee stated they did the course online which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Immunizations — Based on observation, interview, and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During children file reviews at 11:55 AM, LPA observed child # 4 (C4) and child #6 (C6) did not have immunization records in their file. Licensee was unable to provide proof of documentation during the inspection which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
