Health-Related Services — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Child (C6) has an epinephrine auto-injector prescribed to them. Upon review of the stored medication at the facility, C6's epinephrine auto-injector was observed to have expired 12/31/25 which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
