Infant Care Center Sleeping Equipment — Based on observation and interview the facility did not comply with the section cited above as there were drop-side cribs in use and present in the infant sleeping area which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Care Activities — Based on observation and interview all infants had and used sleep sacks during nap time, and the facility was observed using a sleep sack loose in the crib which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Teacher Qualifications and Duties — Based on interviews, observation, and documents obtained, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in that, the LPA observed (S1), who is not a fully qualified teacher, supervsing children, alone, which poses/posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
Preschool Program with Toddler Component — Based on interviews, observation, and documents obtained, the facility did not comply with the section cited above in that, the LPA observed (S1), who has not completed the infant units, was supervsing (C1), alone, which poses/posed a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to children in care.
