Personal Rights — LPA received two statements from assistant director and one teacher (S2) stating (S3) engaged in a verbal altercation with S2 and S4 on the toddler playground in front of children on 05/04/2026. The altercation included inappropriate comments about relationship with the parents. A termination letter was also received stating S3 engaged in unprofessional and inappropriate behavior during a workplace incident in the presence of children and staff, which did not align with expected professional standards. This poses a potential risk Health, Safety Personal Rights risk to children in care.

Not until LPA addressed the issue, Director Hong Ni went to the kitchen to get cuties for the classrooms which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
