Personal Rights — On 9/20/24, between the hours of 11:30AM and 12PM, S1 was observed grabbing the arm of C1 and moving C1 from one area of the room to another in a rough manner. As a result of the incident, S1 was terminated effective 9/26/24. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
