(B)Staff shall physically check on sleeping infant(s) every 15 minutes. — Based on observation, LPA observed that their was no current sleep log for infant observed to be sleeping in the nap room, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
Written directives for drinking water lead testing — Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as that water fountain (D) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 13.00 ppb. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care
