Infant Safe Sleep — Upon arrival, LPA observed an infant sleeping in a baby rocker, but the infant woke up immediately, taking the immediate risk away. This has been downgraded to a Type B violation due to the child voluntarily waking up right away. This still poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Although the licensee has 15 minute checks on file, they have not been updated since December of 2023. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
