Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Based on interviews and obervation C1 ran out of the classroom and staff chased behind but was not aware C1 left the facility. A different staff saw C1 outside in the front parking lot area and brought C1 back inside the facility this is a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to the persons in care.
101229(a)(1) Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision...(1)No child(ren) shall be left withoutsupervision of a teacher at any time...Supervision shall include visual observation.. — Based on interviews and observation two children C1 and C2 were allowed to leave the classroom undetected by staff and were alone on the play ground without staff supervision for sixty four seconds which is a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk of the persons in care.
