Carbon monoxide detectors required — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was not a carbon monoxide detector available to test, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Faciity reprsentative stated they have one and it was taken down to replace it's batteries.

Facility representative stated they were told to lower the fence, and so they have not used the fence area until it can be fixed.
