Personal Rights — Based on interviews and record reviews, the facility did not comply with the section above in that S1 gave C1 was Oregano Spirits instead of their teething oil which caused C1 to have a rash.
Infant Care Activities — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that Child 2 was napping with a sleep sack on and Child 3 was being held by a staff while wearing a sleep sack which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
