Family home — home free of safety hazards — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's inspection, LPA observed the following items accessible to children in care: batteries, staple remover, nail polish, denture cream and toothpaste. These items state to keep out of reach of children. These items poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, nterview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above with both infants in cribs. Licensee had both infants in cribs, Per licensee, the infants were in their cribs for 40 minutes before LPA arrived. LPA observed that licensee had not document the 15 minute sleeping log as required.
Child's Records — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 3 out of 6 children's file reviews. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Licensing Fees — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee has outstanding annual fees of $210. This is a potential risk which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
