LPA did not observe a completed Mandated Reporter training certificate for licensee and her brother which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed licensee and her brother do not have a current CPR and First Aid certification. Licensee’s expires 08/14/2023 and her brother's on 10/10/2023 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee's brother did not have a Safe Sleep log for infant in care which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
