Walls beams and wiring were exposed and the licensee did not report to the department. No children were in care during todays visit which poses a potential safety rights risk to persons in care.
Drinking water lead testing — Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, per facility representative Trena Lawson the facility has not tested for lead in the water which poses a potential health rights risk to persons in care.
