Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed in places in the classrooms paint and the wall structure peeling off on the sides of the wall (corners), crown molding on one of the stairs leading to the two year old classroom broken and lifted (potential tripping hazard), wall leading to the bathroom paint and structure peeling from the side of the wall.
Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed all pool requirements were not met. LPA observed the life ring, the pole with the body hook and the observation log were not available or visable during the inspection.
Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed dirty chairs used in the book area, dirty blinds where the changing table is and accessible to the children, mats used for circle time are dirty, and a cabinet with all the diapering items, one of the doors is broken.
