Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on observations, LPA Garcia observed two solid waste bins in the bathroom of rooms 5 and 6 without a tight fitted lid which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
Health-Related Services — Based on record review and observation, LPA Garcia observed (4) expired medications. LPA Garcia reviewed email correspondence for two children's expired medications regarding return policy.
Personnel Requirements — Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 out of 5 staff files do not retain Health Screening (LIC 503) which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
