Staff immunization requirements — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one of two staff files audited. Transportation — Based on interviews and observations, it was confirmed that built in boosters are not appropriately utilized. Addtionally, between September 18 and 19, six kindergarten children were transported in a rented vehicle without appropriate restraint systems. Which poses a potential health, safety and or personal rights risk to children in care.
Mandated reporter training — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that S2 was missing Mandated Reporter certificate which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
