C1 played alone for two minutes in the classroom. During this time, the director was supervising the other children in the outdoor play area, and the aide teacher was preparing lunch in the kitchen. After two minutes, the director entered the classroom and found the child which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
