Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed lines of ants in several areas in the children's playground, near children's play equipment. LPA also observed lines of ants going into the classroom buildings.
Mandated reporter training — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) observed that two staff members were missing proof of Mandated Reporter Training for Child Care Providers.
