Personal Rights — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. During today's visit, from 10:32a.m.-11:00 a.m., Licensee and Staff did not conduct a 15-minute check for Child #1 (infant), which was in an area in the home that is not license for the children in care, which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
