Personal Rights — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed three infants playing in gated play areas sectioned off on the right side of the room with other toddlers in it. The infants were completely enclosed in the square gated sections and unable to exit them to navigate the room freely, and engage with the other children. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
