Personnel Requirements — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential Health, Safety & Personal Rights risk to the children in care. During the file review of the three staff present, only S1 had EMSA approved Pediatric CPR/1st Aide training. During the inspection that S1 left the facility. Additionally, S2 and S3 are the closing staff and neither do not have EMSA approved Pediatric CPR/1st Aide training.
