Drinking water lead testing — Based on observation, interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the licensee did not have proof of lead testing on kitchen and/or library sink outlets used to prepare lunches for children onsite, as defined in Section 1596.76... for lead contamination levels...; which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
