Operating without a license — Facility director Kaneez Jaffery stated that the facility has been serving whole milk to children two years of age and above. LPA observed one container of whole milk stored at the facility. No other type of milk was found at the facility.
Buildings and Grounds — LPA and LPM observed that the carpet in Rooms 1, 2 and 3 were stained and soiled. Some of the cabinets, drawers and storage containers for supplies in Rooms 1, 2, 3 and the kitchen were dusty and stained with grimes built up.
