Personal Rights — Staff, parent and child interviews disclosing knowledge of staff yelling and handling a child in a rough manner.
Child Care Center Director Qualifications and Duties — adult and staff interviews conducted revealed the Director is not on-site for the required amount of time to manage the daily operation of the facility.
Site visit notice posted at the facility — LPA did not observe the Notice of Site provided from LPA's previous inspection made to the facility on 10/23/2023.
