Food Service — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 large cans of exterior and interior building paint were in the kitchen on the floor in the open, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Licensee removed them immediately and moved them off limits to children and out of food service/preparation area.
Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the Licensee did not comply with the regulation as 6 uncovered electric outlets were observed in the Grasshoppers classroom during the walk through.
Buildings and Grounds — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 1 count, In the forward facing left corner of Grasshopper classroom, spray foam (used to cover hole in the wall, Per Facility Representative R Morales) is peeling and 1 inch and larger pieces have been picked off in spots and the spray foam material is unsafe/hazardous which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
