Limitations on Capacity and Ambulatory Status — Through interview it was stated by Director and staff member present that during staff breaks the two (2) infants present are commingled with the preschool children which poses a potential risk to the health and safety of the children in care.

A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. Based on interviews and record review, staff did not comply with the section cited above as staff are comingling the two programs, which posed a potential threat to the health and safety of the children in care.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — INTERVIEWS WHICH REVEALED, DURING A CHRISTMAS PARTY STAFF FAILED TO INTERVENE WHILE ONE CHILD HIT ANOTHER.
Reporting Requirements — RECORD REVIEWS AND INTERVIEWS WHICH REVEALED THE FACILITY FAILED TO REPORT TO COMMUNITY CARE LICENSING, AN INCIDENT THAT OCCURED IN AUG 2024 WHEN A CHILD SUFFERED A MEDICAL EMERGENCY THAT REQUIRED CPR.
