Infant Safe Sleep — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in C1 was asleep during the inspection in the baby swing until C1 awoke which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in two (C1 & C6) out of the two infant records reviewed did not have sleep logs which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
