Large family home licensing requirements — Based on observation During the facility tour LPA's tested the carbon monoxide tester that did not appear to be in working order, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee called an assiatnt to come help and assist. Assistant arrived while LPA's were present. which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
