Facility was observed to have four animals(cats/dogs) in the kitchen, eight animals in a bedroom(cats/dogs) and an additional eight animals in the garage(peacocks). LPA noticed a strong unpleasant odor due to the numerous pets in the facility. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
