Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision for Infants — Based on interviews and the submitted LIC624 UIR form, LPA learned that S1 returned to the classroom after the lunch break and smelling like marijuana. The Director stated that S1 admitted to purchasing marijuana during the lunch break and stored it in her purse located in the break room. This poses a potential risk to children in care health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
