Child's Records — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential safety risk to the children in care. During the review of children’s file the LPA was unable to review the required documents for C2 who was present during the inspection.
Infant Safe Sleep — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential safety risk to the children in care. During the children’s file review the LPA was unable to review sleep logs for C1.
