Smoking Prohibition — Based on interview and record review, Licensee did not ensure that prohibition of tobacco product, in the form of an e-cigarette, was upheld on property. Staff was found to have used an e-cigarette in the facility office, after hours. This is a potential risk to health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
