In reviewing administration files, the licensee and their assistant had not renewed their Mandated Reporter Training, as required. Last training was completed on 9/23/2023. Inspection Authority of the Department — Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Upon arrival Licensee advised that they were closed with no children present and none scheduled to arrive however, about 5 minutes after the LPAs left the premises two children arrived and minutes after that a third child was dropped off as well. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

At the time of the inspection, the children had not been oustide yet. This poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
