Family home — preventive health training, including pediatric CPR and first aid — Baed on record review, the licensee did not comply with section cited above as CPR/FA certificate expired May 2024 and was not renewed which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
The licensee and other personnel as specified shall complete training on preventative health practices...and pediatric aid pursuant to health and safety code section 1596.866. The requirement was not met as evidenced by: Licensee's helper was left alone with children with a CPR/FA which is not the required /specified CPR/FA training. She was supervising children which poses a potential safety or personal rights risk to person in care
