Criminal background check — Based on interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. Licensee stated Angelica Ramirez Benito was her assistant for one month starting in January 2024 through the beginning of February 2024. Angelica Ramirez Benito did not have fingerprint clearance which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Licensee was alone caring for five infants, one preschool and one school age child. Licensee was out of ratio and over capacity which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
