(b) There shall be a ratio of one teacher for every four infants in attendance. (1) An aide may be substituted for a teacher when all of the following conditions are met: (A) There is a fully qualified teacher directly supervising no more than 12 infants, and — requirement not met

Infant Care Center Sleeping Equipment — LPA observed 1 infant covered by a blanket, which poses an immediate risk to children in care.

(1) Commencing September 1, 2016, a person shall not be employed or volunteer at a day care center if he or she has not been immunized against influenza, pertussis, and measles. Each employee and volunteer shall receive an influenza vaccination between August 1 and December 1 of each year.

(1) Except as specified in (3) below, good physical health shall be verified by a health screening, including a test for tuberculosis, performed by or under the supervision of a physician not more than one year prior to or seven days after employment or licensure.

(c) To be a fully qualified teacher, a teacher shall have one of the following: (1) Twelve postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades, at an accredited or approved college or university; and at least six months of work experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child care program. — requirement not met
