Family home — safe toys and play equipment — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a play structure in the backyard was not anchored to the ground and a support beam fell off during visit, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. No children were outdoors during inspection, Licensee stated children have not been outdoors for weeks due to the weather. Licensee agrees not to have children outdoors until the structure is fixed.
