Indoor Activity Space — Based on observation, the facility did not comply with the section cited above LPAs observed the Early Preschool Classrooms 1 & 2 eating area to have cereal crumbs all over the classroom floor from approximatetly 9:27am to 11:55am, which posed a potential health,and safety risk to persons in care.
Personal Rights — Interviews conducted with children revealed that the teacher mentioned in the complaint yelled at child(ren) in care, and staff reported that the teacher mentioned in the complaint allegations has been observed yelling at the children on more than one occasion, which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
