Personal Rights — Based on interviews conducted it is determined that Staff speaks to day care children in an inappropriate manner. It was revealed in multiple interviews that the tone of S1 to children in care was heard to be verbally aggressive.
Personal Rights — Based on interviews conducted it is determined that Staff speaks inappropriately to other staff in the presence of day care children. It was revealed in multiple interviews that the staff while in the presence of children were heard and seen verbally arguing. On 05/29/2026 as the children were being put down for nap and still awake, it was witnessed that staff were arguing in the presence of children.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — S1 was seen leaving the Dolphin classroom to go the connecting play yard to the while supervising children in care without another staff member watching the children. It was revealed that there were other occurrences of the Dolphin class without appropriate supervision.
Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision — Per investigation and information on 1/11/24 C1 was left alone unsupervised in the yard for at least 3-4 minutes. Class transitioned indoor with 2 staff who did not notice a child left behind. Later another staff found child. C1 stayed within the enclosed yard and premises. This is lack of supervision and posed a potential risk to health and safety of child in care
Criminal Record Clearance — Per inspection, 2 staff KELLIE HERNANDEZ and MALIYA MANNING present today, providing supervision, were not associated to license. Both have been working for more than 5 days. This posed a potential risk to safety of children in care.
