This rose bush has thorns on it, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that the rescue pole available had a flexible "rescue hook" attached to the end and not a rigid "body hook," which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Family home — in-ground pool drowning prevention requirements — Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was no log maintained of daily inspection of drowning prevention safety deatures and equipment, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Staff immunization — influenza, pertussis and measles — Based on the record review, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses a potential health risk to the children in care. During the staff file review the LPA was unable to review the DTap vaccination for S2.
