Site Visits: (b)(1) The notice posted pursuant to subdivision (a) shall remain posted for 30 consecutive days, except that a family day care home shall comply with the posting requirements contained in this subdivision only during the hours when clients are present. (2) Failure by a licensed child day care facility or a family day care home to comply with paragraph (1) shall result in an immediate civil penalty of one hundred dollars ($100). This has not met as evidenced by: LPA observed the Notice of Site Visit was not posted from the 11/12/2024 inspection.
