The panels behind the sink was corroded in soap and water. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights to the children in care.
Staff immunization requirements — Based on staff interview, Staff 2 and 3 did not have immunization records on file for pertussis, measles, influenza (or decllination). This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights to the children in care.
