Personal Rights — interviews that, Child 1 had soiled themselves in faecal matter while attempting to go potty. Child 1 had to wait 15 minutes for their caregiver to come to the preschool program and help child clean up and change clothes. Buildings and Grounds — , LPA observed a soiled towel that was left in Restroom 1 form 09/27/2023 to 10/10/2023. This is a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.
Health-Related Services — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed that First-Aid Supplies is not complete, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Fixtures, Furniture, Equipment and Supplies — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in LPA observed four trash contianers inside the classroom that do not have tight fitted lids. LPA also observed that the play yard has two trash containers that do not have tight fitted litds, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
Child's Records — Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that LPA observed that Child 1 was missing the following: LIC995 and LIC613A. Child 2 was missing the following: LIC995, Physician Report, and LIC613A. Child 3 was missing the following: Health History, Physician Report, LIC613A, and LIC995. Child 4 was missing the following: LIC995, Physican Report, and LIC613A. Child 5 was missing the following: LIC613A and LIC995, which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
