Family home — safe toys and play equipment — Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as LPA Benson observed play equipment which was not in good repair in the on-limits front yard as the wooden boarder was broken and splintered, but LPAs observed that children were not playing in that area during the visit, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
